First, CMT build a message around the owners substantial experience in the real estate business, "invest with confidence" then carefully constructed the seminar content to generate excitement by offering a "specific call to action" a 102 page real estate guide upon registration. This step generated an immediate 40% in registration sign up. Next, CMT carefully built their customized branded HTML email, landing page incorporating a custom call to action capturing client data and streamlining the registration process. CMT performed several test marketing applications carefully monitoring performance as to subject line, content, image to content ratios.
