Challenge: Mega Floor is the distribution unit of Urban Floors, which owns and operates factories in the Far East. Management defined Houston as a stable market positioned for extended growth. CMT was presented with the task of creating their retail brand in a very competitive marketplace.
Strategy: CMT envisioned that positioning Mega Floor as a quality resource offering new value and empowering their end user with a complete hands-on customized service would generate excitement around their brand and their offering. Step one create their web presence through an exhaustive discovery process we were able to define their core message. Next, incorporate this message into an e-flyer and direct mail campaign. CMT designed their material around the elegance and value of their brand. Next, we identified a target consumer audience and began deployment.
Results: After three days of launching their website, Mega Floor received several highly qualified sales leads that resulted in SALES!
